Not only do we deliver in 2-4 working days, we use dedicated two-man teams to ensure that your appliance arrives safely in one piece. As part of the high quality service, our drivers will deliver your new appliance to the room of your choice, unpack it, allow you time to check for any damage before asking you to sign for the goods and then take all the packaging away with them for recycling. Could you ask for more?
You will be advised on the delivery date via email soon after checkout of your order, which will be delivered in 2-4 working days.
Recycle Your Old Appliance...
Furthermore, for a small fee, we can remove and recycle your old appliance following the directive from the WEEE regulations. You can select this option during checkout.
Delivery Time Slot
Upon routing of your order you will be advised of the scheduled delivery time slot for your goods. This information will be sent to you in an email at approximately 2pm prior to your selected delivery date.
SMS Notification
If you have provided a mobile phone number on your order, for your convienience an SMS text message will be sent to you at approximately 2pm prior to your selected delivery date. This message will advise you of the scheduled time slot for your delivery.
Delivery Charges
We are upfront with delivery charges and reflect our actual delivery charge in the price. This way you can take advantage of of the discounts we offer for multiple purchases.
Our transparent pricing allows you to add items to the shopping basket, select your delivery area and instantly view the cost of delivery.
Don't be fooled by free delivery offers, there is no such thing. The costs are inevitably then built into the cost of the item allowing no discount for multiple purchases.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands may include a surcharge based on the items.
