Why is Aqualine considerably cheaper than other companies?
We maintain very low overheads and our prices are checked daily against competitors, our suppliers give us the most competitive prices in the marketplace today. On top of that we operate using the smallest of profit margins and top all that off with a Price Promise.
Aqualine is an independent company. This means that we have precise control over our products and are committed to making sure you buy the right products for YOU!
Are there any extra charges?
All of our prices are inclusive of VAT, and we do not charge you extra for using your credit card. Watch out for some retailers that have hidden extras, not shown to give the impression of a lower selling price.
How many different ways can I place an order?
Simply click on 'BUY' next to an item of your choice and follow the steps to complete the order. Then you have the option to make payment in a variety of ways. We have ensured that this process is easy, simple and secure as possible.

We have made the ordering process as simple as possible and collect only the details that are needed for the order. We will never pass any of your information onto third parties.
Do you stock all items listed on your website?
Yes we stock all of our items and they all include our dedicated two-man delivery service to ensure that your appliance arrives safely in one piece. If there are any items that are out of stock you will be notified of this before checkout.
Tell me about your Delivery Service...
How will I know what day delivery will be made?
You will be advised on the delivery date via email soon after checkout of your order, which will be delivered in 2-4 working days.
Will I be given a delivery time slot?
Upon routing of your order you will be advised of the scheduled delivery time slot for your goods. This information will be sent to you in an email at approximately 2pm prior to your selected delivery date.
Do you send out SMS text messages?
Yes, if you have provided a mobile phone number on your order, for your convienience an SMS text message will be sent to you at approximately 2pm prior to your selected delivery date. This message will advise you of the scheduled time slot for your delivery.
Will you remove my old appliance?
Yes we can remove and recycle your old appliance following the directive from the WEEE regulations. You can select this option during checkout for a small fee.
Please help us by disconnecting the old appliance, making sure it is defrosted and free from water. Gas cookers must only be disconnected by a CORGI registered engineer.
Can I have my item delivered to a different address?
Please understand that for fraud prevention purposes, we can only deliver to the cardholders registered address.
However, if you would like delivery to an alternative address, you can contact your bank to add additional address to your account, which will then pass our address verification process.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
At present we only deliver to mainland UK.
What about the Warranties?
We are so confident in the quality of our items, a minimum warranty of 12-months is included as standard on all our items direct from the manufacturers. Warranties do vary from item to item. Specific warranty information is provided on the particular product pages.
Can I return my item if I change my mind or do not like it?
If you change your mind about the product when you receive it you can return it at any time within 7 days for a replacement of equivalent value less delivery, or a credit against any item of higher value. If you cannot find anything that you would like to exchange the item for we will refund you for the item less the costs of collection.
Are you environmentally friendly?
All of the products we sell are recommended and rated by the energy saving trust. Also when your item is delivered we remove and recycle your products packaging for free. Furthermore for a small fee we can remove and recycle your old appliance following the directive from the WEEE regulations.
