Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
Yes. All deliveries require a signature to confirm your order is delivered and received correctly.
When do you deliver?
The couriers we use deliver on our behalf Monday to Saturday. Delivery isn’t available on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and all bank holidays.
Do you deliver to my postcode?
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses (including Northern Ireland), and we also deliver to some UK islands. If you are in any doubt please contact us.

You can track the progress of your delivery via tracking infromation provided.
We do everything we can to ensure our delivery times are met but sometimes delays do occur due to traffic, accidents or unforeseen situations. We’ll let you know if we become aware of any issue that will affect your delivery.

What if I miss the delivery?
If you’re not at home when we come to deliver, you can re-arrange delivery again without an additional charge.
The courier will leave a delivery card to let you know the delivery was missed. They’ll usually try to deliver again the following day, or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to re-arrange another delivery date. Our couriers may deliver your parcel to your neighbours if they miss you, please see the delivery card left to you.
Can I change my delivery date or address after I placed an order?
if you choose Flexible Delivery you’ll receive a tracking code from the courier. Some
