Are there any extra charges?
All of our prices are inclusive of VAT, and we do not charge you extra for using your credit card. Watch out for some retailers that have hidden extras, not shown to give the impression of a lower selling price.
How many different ways can I place an order?
Simply click on 'BUY' next to an item of your choice and follow the steps to complete the order. Then you have the option to make payment in a variety of ways. We have ensured that this process is easy, simple and secure as possible.

We have made the ordering process as simple as possible and collect only the details that are needed for the order. We will never pass any of your information onto third parties.
Do you stock all items listed on your website?
Yes we stock all of our items if there are any items that are out of stock you will be notified of this before checkout.
How will I know what day delivery will be made?
Delivery is made by courier and you will be given a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on the delivery times. If you're not available to take delivery on the first occassion you will be able to collect your parcel from a depot or rearrange the delivery day.
Will I be given a delivery time slot?
We use different couriers depending on availability. A selection of couriers do give time slots whereas others do not. You do have the option to rearrange delivery if you are not able to receive on the first attempt.
Can I have my item delivered to a different address?
Please understand that for fraud prevention purposes, we can only deliver to the cardholders registered address.
However, if you would like delivery to an alternative address, you can contact your bank to add additional address to your account, which will then pass our address verification process. Alternatively payment can be made by bank transfer, payments made in this way are not subject to the same address restrictions.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes, we can deliver all over europe.
What about the Warranties?
We are so confident in the quality of our items, a minimum warranty of 12-months is included as standard on all our items direct from the manufacturers. Warranties do vary from item to item. Specific warranty information is provided on the particular product pages.
Can I return my item if I change my mind or do not like it?
If you change your mind about the product when you receive it you can return it at any time within 7 days for a replacement of equivalent value less delivery, or a credit against any item of higher value. If you cannot find anything that you would like to exchange the item for we will refund you for the item.
You cannot return an item that has been used.
